JDG SERIES UV DRYER The dryer is widely used in various screen printing like UV color ink,varnish,special texture ink,colorful powder,reflection ink and PCB. It also can be equipped with offset machine in UV ink printing.Adopt TEFLON conveyor belt with steplessness speed design, the machine is suitable for full-automatic and semi-automatic press. The sheets are conveyed on the vacuum belt surface which ensures move stably when curing in the tunnel. Equipped with Quartz Glass will give the perfect lower temperature working conditions uvder UV curing. Different curing MODES like full power and half power,single lamp and full almps will be easier for the operator. The special desigh of active rectify device make the belt running verys tably.
